Vending @ NE Blade Show

While the North East has plenty of gun shows, collector events, and hunting and fishing expos, there's been a noticeable gap when it comes to artisan knife shows - until now.

The North East Artisan Knife Show was created to fill that void and highlight the exceptional talent of the region's top knife makers and bladesmiths.

We are NOT looking for retailers or distributors of mass-produced knives. We are seeking handcrafted blades by independent artisans - and only the real deal.

If that's you, book your table today! As soon as you're confirmed, we'll feature your name, business name, website, and photos or videos of your work right here on our site.

Artists will be listed in the order tables are booked - don't miss your chance to stand out!

To secure your spot, payment must be received in full no later than August 15, 2025. With only 30 tables available, early booking is strongly encouraged.

Table Rates

  • One 6-foot table space: $35
  • Two 6-foot table spaces: $65
  • Electricity (add-on): $10

Event Schedule (Saturday)

  • Set-Up: 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM
  • Doors Open to Public: 10:00 AM
  • Event Ends: 5:00 PM
  • Vendors Must Be Out By: 6:30 PM

  • Event website

Social media promo kit provided (graphics + sample captions) to help vendors promote the event on their own platforms

Vendor Responsibilities

Bring your own:

  • Tables, chairs, table coverings, and signage
  • Tablecloths are required for all tables
  • All storage items (cases, boxes, packaging) must be:
    • Hidden beneath your table and covered, or
    • Removed from the vendor area before doors open

Keep your space clean:

Dispose of all trash

Leave your area as clean as it was upon arrival
